[Cask from The Three Judges] Lots of cascade hops evident in the nose, citric, delicate, floral. Light, drinkable body, with a dry, bitter finish. Really good.

Aroma is seriously hoppy, citrus, grapefruit and orange coming through, excellent. Taste is similarly hoppy and just generally amazing stuff, unfortunatly it finished before i could get another.

Cask (handpump) at the Flowerpot, Derby. Another of Durham’s ’White’ range of varietal hops, the Cascade here certainly shines through with a gorgeous citric crunch. Pulsating gold body, scant head, sustaimed flavours, another great Durham ’White’.
