3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 leaparsons (6324) - Leicester, - MAR 11, 2003
A blonde coloured beer. This has a sulpurous and salty character reminiscent of the Burton beers of old. Floral aromas are followed by a crisp and refeshing beer with not much malt body. Nevermind, this is still a clean and decent beer.
3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tombyars (1102) - Saltcoats, SCOTLAND - DEC 3, 2011
First tasted this in Gabriels, Paisley in April 1999. Cask, handpump dispense. Crystal clear pale amber in colour with hints of apple green haze around the edges. Thin creamy white head. Strong floral notes of elderflowers and hawthorn in the nose. Thin mouthfeel and good lacing. Pale malt gives a light digestive biscuit flavour with tart gooseberry and kiwi fruit. Dusty floral hops in the bitter aftertaste mix well with the malt. Finish is slightly dry with tart fruit notes. A pleasant summer session Golden Ale and well recommended.

Cask, Mill Hotel, Chester. Pale gold with a creamy white head. Aroma was grassy hop and citrus tinged. Light and floral this was nicely hopped and a decent thirst slaker. Nothing too out of the ordinary, but decent session fodder and nice drinkin’ in the sun.
3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 Rastacouere (5921) - Montréal, Quebec, CANADA - SEP 30, 2007
A surprisingly hoppy light golden ale topped by a lasting white foam. Obviously very hard water offers salty mineral tones side by side with the flowery, very bright and firmly citrusy hops, confident and pushing their limits in this lean-bodied, thirst-quenching offering of high quality.

UPDATED: JUN 27, 2007 This cant have been in the ebst condition judging by other ratings and it was a little hazy. Aroma was citrus and grassy hops but lacked too much goodness. Tas was similar malt was a little grainy and hops werent as dominant as id have liked. RERATE: Amazing citrus hop character that made me drink it in under 5 mins.

Durham does it again. And I still not know what people like about this beer again. It was very squashy, and very bitter, BUbblign at the top, while served. And very easy to serve.
