jerc (3268), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 19, 2008 2008-05-10. Lightly golden pastel yellow body with a modest creamy white head and great lacing that coats the side. (4+) Very fruity yeasty aroma, light diacytel notes or something similar. (6+) Similar flavours, fruity yeast reminds me of something I can’t place. Fruity, curious to know what yeast was used, it does not seem like a standard wit-ester profile. Average palate. Mabel liked it a lot, I was underwhelmed. Agree with the general sentiment that it would be better serviced on draught. Will be interesting to see where future iterations go with this. Cask at Volo

Mild aroma of wheat, some spice, cloudy yellow, small white head. Taste is spicy lemon, light wheat, yeast, reminds me of meringue on lemon meringue pie. Light bodied, unfinished, as far as I´m concerned. Not quite to style. Oakes (7032), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Sep 20, 2008 Opaque, yellowish appearance. The aroma is orangey, slightly footy. Quite fruity on the palate, with a fairly full body, light orange and a hint of spice. Finishes wheaty and a slight bit sticky. Beershine (1515), Miami Beach, Florida, USA Sep 18, 2008 Draught @ Victory pub. Hazy pale golden, some head and lacing. Tangerine intense in the aroma. Soft, velvety mouthfeel. Intensely fruity and juicy. Tangerine again and other ripe, sweet citrus fruits. Simple, fruity, slightly sweet wiht a dry finish. Nice juicy quaffable mouthfeel. Very fruity, almost too much so but some herbs emerge later like chamomile making it refreshing and unique. tomthompson89 (1197), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 26, 2008 Had at Beer bistro Staff party. cloudy yellow orange color. decent bubly head, nose is citrus and yeasty, some cloves in there, flavor was fruity and lighty with a little yeast and spicy as well. Very refreshing. mabel (1710), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Aug 6, 2008 [1337-20080510] Cask. Orange doughy yeast aroma has mild light fruit notes. Hazy, light brown orange body with a medium-lasting creamy white head and long lacing rings. Light fruity dough yeast flavour has a nice long subtle aftertaste. Medium body is smooth and creamy with a mildly bitter aftertaste. Really impressive, partly due to being on cask, but an excellent specimen regardless.
