Definitely hoppy. maybe a touch out of balance on the aftertaste. Malty on the knows but hoppy on the finish. The two match all too briefly in the middle.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
From a tap at the Sierra Nevada Beercamp across America. The pour is a light gold with a spruce melon taste .

3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Poured from a 12 oz. bottle , golden with a good sized white head. Nose is mild, mostly malt, some mild pine aroma. Taste was somewhat balanced, body was on the thin side of medium, with a oily texture. Lively beer, with an abrupt finish. Drinkable, not too bad, but not up there with my favorite west coast IPA’s.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Fresh hops bursting from the just opened bottle changed my attitude about this brew after having read a few ratings. I was not expecting much and was a little disappointed and having brought this one home. However, a hoppy and fresh floral aroma coming from the glass as I poured made all the difference in the world.
The light orange flavor and light malt backdrop makes for a nice balance and leaves just a little light bitter to linger on my tongue. It’s a nice amber in the glass with a respectable head, but nothing that waits around for you. I’m enjoying this and would consider it a possible go to if it were in my area.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours a mid-to light amber with a touch of cloudiness. Slight malty-brothy nose. Bitter, but without a distinct hop flavor. Medium body with malty mouth feel. Good, but not great, nothing to get excited about.

Goes really well with a taco truck burrito, poor air quality, and a church on every corner.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Pours a cloudy orange copper with a ample head that diminishes to reveal excellent lacing. Aroma is sweet floral with tropical and citrus notes also some malt coming through. Palate is somewhat thin and finish is dry. Citrus and pineapple taste with nice maltiness. Bitterness is well balanced. More malt forward than most of the west coast IPAs but goes down easy. I could drink a few more of these.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
On tap in Modesto, CA. Pours a clear amber color. Aroma is weak, with muted hop notes. Taste is malty with some hop bitterness and pine presence. Weak IPA flavor. Well carbonated. Ehh...

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
22 oz bottle. Not that good. Lacks the bitterness of an IPA, and heavy on the malt side. Some floral and herbal flavor. Not impresses.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Clear golden amber, with a white head. Citrusy hops, sweet malt, low bitterness, a bit bready, and floral notes. A decent IPA on the lighter side.
