COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
You can always use another IPA. A healthy dose of dark British crystal, as well as a sacrificial handful of chocolate malt, lend a reddish hue and malty foundation to hold up seven hop varieties.

4 ounce sample on tap at Rubicon for Hoptoberfest. The aroma on this is kind of weird...I get a cheesy aroma with a mild herbal hop character. Transparent amber body with a creamy off-yellow head present, and good lacing. Starts kind of tart with light herbal hop flavors. Lightly toasted maltiness in the middle with some caramel flavors. Finishes with some mild hop bitterness and more herbal hop character. Not so great.
