On tap at Capitol Tap Room. Rich flavor and full bodied hop flavor but kind of a dusty finish. Aroma is a bit sour but complex taste array makes up for it.

Nice golder color, very well balanced for being a double IPA. Citrus, tropical fruit, and hops.

Great clarity. Probably shade light by style, but who cares. Solid malt foundation for big hops. A little too easy to gulp. Pairs well with full flavored cheese - Stilton, etc.

On tap at Taps in Petaluma. Pours a crystal clear yellow amber color. Noticeable alcohol and a musty hop flavor. Never seen a double IPA so translucent.

22oz bottle in a tulip. Pours deep amber with a lacy, off-white head. Aroma of citrusy and floral and lightly fruity hops, some pale and caramel malts, and light dough. Flavor the same with a nice hoppiness. Average texture. A solid double IPA, but could be a little more balanced.

Bottle to pint glass. Citrus and slight pint. Slight tropical aspects. Deep honey gold, clear with white head that leaves a collar. Moderate high citrus with moderate resin and moderate high bitterness (not too high for style). Finishes semi-dry.

22, capped. Thanks j! Pours a clear medium amber with a scant white head. Fruity, grapefruity, orangey nose. Creamy medium bidy with lively carb. Dry grapefruit and orange pith on the mid palate, lightly toasted caramel showing. Long pithy dry finish.

Aroma is small for a double. Taste is sweet and malty. After is a citrus burst of bitterness hiding the alcohol well. A different taste from the west. Me likey.
