Draught at Porter & Sons, Tel Aviv. Clear light yellow with small white head. Fruity aroma (pear, melon), yeasty and somewhat earthy, a bit winey. Very fruity flavor (melon, apricot), some graininess, yeasty and earthy, light hoppy bitterness, sweetish semi-dry finish. Moderate carbonation, light to medium-bodied. Nice.

Tap . Pours very clear blonde . Small white head . Smell is malty ( intenser than the usual duvel ) . Taste is bitter-malty . Like a less-intense duvel , but fuller than the ’groen’ in bottles - as far as my memory serves me .

Draft @ McNulty’s bier market in Cleveland! Mostly standard but extremely easy to drink. Clear gold thin head in the proper glassware. Aroma is mild yeast, wheat, fruity hints. Flavor is clean and simple. Mild yeasty presence with weak fruity esthers. Easy to drink, nothing wrong with it.

Draft at The Brass Tap-U Square, served in a snifter. Pours a bright, mostly clear gold with a small white head that leaves some spots and a tiny ring. Aroma of grass, straw, bread, citrus, mellow spice, and faint florals and herbs. Flavor is the same. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a clean, dry mouthfeel. Nice, simple Belgian ale.

On tap in a tulip glass at Monk’s Cafe. Nice light golden color with a fluffy light head. Taste was a good balance of slight hop bitterness with lots of floral and citrus notes. Good enough to have a second glass right away. Paired well with a Monk’s take on mac-n-cheese.
