25 cl bottle, ’bbe’ Oct 05. Colour between brass and peach; turbid with a small but quite stable white froth. Nose of pears and a hint of yeast. Fruitiness (pears) dominates the taste, with some spice and bread notes coming from behind. Harsh but not lasting bitterness and some solvent-like sensations in the aftertaste.

Hazy light golden color, small white head that had a decent hang time then faded slowly to leave a slight lace behind. The aroma was mildly malty with some hints of fruit and yeast .The flavor was uneventful with some decent malt a slight sweet side and a good fruit showing.Nothing here that really stands out,but it’s decent enough to be worth a try atleast once. Thanks Bill for the brew.

Bottle. Pale golden with a green shine, foamy blanket head. Aroma has green apples, green pineapples and the smell of grey cardboard with a crayon picture of a Leprechaun on it. Cardboardy malt all the way, dust, strength hides behind a green bush, mint notes, apples. Sudden finish. Light body. Grassy aftertaste. I guess the idea with this brew is to make you green in the face.

Fine looking pale yellow beer. A more remarkable aroma and flavor than it appears. Tastes comparable to the red label, perhaps more sweet and less hoppy. A dominant yeasty flavor that is smooth, has a appley fruitness. A real good beer that I feel lucky to try.
