herbs, bread, golden, clear, rocky head, white foam, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium body, creamy, lively. Spicier then the usual Duvel. Not bad

750 ml bottle. Brewed 18/05/10. BB 18/05/17. From duvel.be.
Cloudy golden colour with a small to average sized white head. Sweet hops, mild bitterness and maltiness in the aroma. Belgian yeast, slightly not-so-fresh hops, mild spiciness and malt in the flavour. Warming.

Hazy golden with a thick white head. Aroma is a slight bit of banana and yeast. Flavor is nice clove and banana at first followed by a sharp (but not unpleasant) grapefruit bite from the hops. Really nice combination of styles. Wife: 4.5

75cl bottle, this was the priciest and most underwhelming of their famous special edition Tripel Hops. It’s a fine beer, just not up the Citra or Sorachi levels.

Today tasted a triple hop 2010 with my father. He kept the beer from 2010, in a dark seller. The aroma is Amarillo and the taste is balanced and has a long aftertaste. Great beer with a smooth and balanced taste. ---Rated By the Belleketels

0,75 l bottle. Poured cloudy yellow with a creamy white head. Hints of champagne, herbs, honey in the nose with grass and some resin. Easy bodied but strong character, nice hoppy flavor. Light malts, grass and resin.

Big fluffy head over hazy body. Aroma of lemon liquor and hops. Taste of lemon, honey, bit of solvent. Delicate and very light for a Belgian.

Bottled at Pressklubben, Stockholm. A benchmark beer, seducing, yet with some bite in the back. Immensly drinkable. Made even more interesting by the hops. Herbs, white pepper.

750mL c&c thanks to dfroms! Glowing bright gold pour. Medium white foam. Nose is celery, honey, peach, sugar cube. Taste is drizzling with a very dense clover honey character. Mint comes through showing some age of the bottle. Palate is very aerated, very carbonated with a healthy dose of chalky yeast in suspension. As it warms it gains sugary cantaloupe, honeydew, yellow apple and cinnamon. Overall quite enjoyable with a handful of flaws from its age.
