Taste is fruity, beautiful hop flavor, a bit of corn sweetness, not as clean as the aroma but very nice. Palate is good, classic Duvel, really high carb with med body, easy drinking.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 Papsoe (25131) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - JAN 25, 2013
Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of anders37. Pours yellow with a slight haze and a white head. Spicy nose, some fresh citrusy hops. Medium body, carbonation is a little excessive, a dry fruitiness with a fresh touch of the Citra. The combination of a Belgian base beer and American hops actually work here - probably because the Duvel is not overly yeasty. 250113

3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 crossovert (4548) - Wisconsin, USA - JAN 19, 2013
LAter to the party on this one. Pours like regular riple hop, light gold, big head. Dry hop in the smell is gone. It is slightly fruity with yeast over top of everything. Quite spicy. The flavor is pleasant. Lots of esters, very fruity, pleasant malt, slight yeast spice with a hint of fennel. Pleasant brew but it could be hoppier, im thinking the age of the bottle is one of the problems.
