COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops: Saaz, Styrian Golding and Sorachi Ace. "Dry Hopped with Sorachi Ace. 2013 Selection"

Bottle to a shaker. Hazy yellow with foamy white head which quickly fades... Some effervescence, and a bit of lacing. There are fresh grass, floral and citrus notes. A bit of funk and a dry bitter finish... Very interesting beer...

Dunkel lys gul farge. Tynt lag skum. Frisk litt syrlig smak av frukter. Greit og leskende.

Chungalunga (13) - Ljubljana, SLOVENIA - MAY 18, 2014
Almost clear pale golden color, with "greeny?" notes on the sides. Not a typical Duvel head, despite being poured in a Duvel glass. Dissipated quite quickly, not creamy. On the nose: lime, freshnes, fruity esters, tropical fruits, something shampoo-ey. Taste: peasant bitterness combined with alcohol warmth, fruity esters, citrus (lime). Palate: dry, bitterness lingers on, pleasant. Good, but the Citra edition is much better for me.

330 ml bottle. Hazy honey gold color. Big rocky white head. Yeasty, sweet honey malt nose. Earthy, tangy malt flavor takes that traditional yeasty Duvel flavor and adds a complex hop character that yields a uniquely different Golden Ale experience. The combination of hops takes the emphasis off the malt and changes this ale in a big way. A must try.

Bottle from Coppers, Newcastle. A pale golden beer that pours with a large foamy head. It has spicy floral and slight sour fruity flavours, peppery hops, lemon and zesty orange on the finish.

330ml bottle. Typical golden pour with huge head, more hazed than the typical. Smell is bleach hops, and grain. Flavor is sweet, dry, grassy, that sorachi ace flavor. Not as bad as I was expecting, happy it was a 9.99 4 pk with a free glass.
