COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hops: Saaz, Styrian Golding and Sorachi Ace. "Dry Hopped with Sorachi Ace. 2013 Selection"

No geral? MARAVILHOSA!

33 cl. bottle poured in to a Duvel tulip. Unclear, golden colour with a huge, white head that slowly collapses to bubbly lumps. Fruity aroma with floral hops, grape, citrus, grasses and spices - the yeasty character known from the regular Duvel. Taste is bitter. Medium body with a lively carbonation - perhaps a little aggressive. Long lasting dry and bitter finish with fruits, yeasts and lingering citrus fruits. A lot bit of warmth from alcohol. Excellent, love the dry hopped versions.

330 ml bottle into signature tulip glass, best before 12/2015. Pours light hazy bright gold color with a 2 finger foamy and rocky white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Spotty foamy lacing clings around the glass, with a good amount of streaming carbonation retaining the head. Aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, clove, pepper, floral, grass, herbal, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Very nice aromas with good complexity and balance of hop, fruity/spicy yeast, and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, white grape, apple, pepper, clove, herbal, floral, grass, cracker, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness. Fair amount of earthy bitterness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon zest, orange peel, pear, apple, white grape, pepper, clove, floral, grass, bread, and herbal/yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity of hop, fruity/spicy yeast, and malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium bodied; with a very smooth, crisp, and lightly prickly mouthfeel that is great. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent Belgian IPA. All around great complexity and balance of hop, fruity/spicy yeast, and malt flavors; and very smooth and crisp to sip on for the ABV. A very enjoyable offering.

Une belle fraîcheur, un nez d’agrumes, à recommander aux amateurs de houblons évidemment ;)

Slightly hazy pale yellow color with a huge white head. Aroma is herbal hopps and hints of yeast. Flavor is hoppy with some citrus notes. Medium to high carbonation with a heavy body and a dry bitter finish. Amazing beer!

Drinking from a 33cl bottle. In the aroma hop bitterness, citrus, grapefruit and suddenly... yoghurt. The clear golden beer has a sticky white head. The main taste is bitter, not much more. High carbonated.

UPDATED: MAR 13, 2014 Bottle. Pours pale yellow with a large white head. Grassy, herbal and spicy aroma. Taste: white grapes all over, lemons, grapefruit, herbs, and some almond/marzipan sweetness. Bitter and sweet lingering aftertaste.

Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass very zippy, huge head. Wonderful hoppy aroma. Starts strong, a bit alcoholic, hoppy-sharp, quite unbalanced. More and more grasy-spicy, still too unbalanced. Not my favourite.

330 ml bottle from a homebrew store. Pours a pale, murky yellow with a frothy bubbly head that dissipates quickly. Grassy, floral nose followed by a rush of pleasantly complex bitterness while tasting, but overpowers the beer’s other flavors almost completely unless taken slowly. Not suitable for everyone, but I highly recommend sampling it if only due to its uniqueness.

330 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 9.5%. Slightly hazy and very pale yellow colour, with a nearly greenish hue. Large to moderate white head. Spicy aroma with grassy and herbal hops, hints of dill and lemongrass. Effervescent mouthfeel. Spicy flavour, dill and lemongrass again, bitter hops in the finish. Warming throatfeel.
