COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
For this 2014 edition, our brewers have selected Mosaic. This new US hop variety enhances the beer with a tangerine sweetness, hints of tropical fruit and an interesting blueberry flavour.

Bottle into IPA glass Pours a hazy straw yellow colour with puffy white head. Aroma is tropical fruit and a little belgium yeast funkiness. Taste is fruity with some spiciness from the yeast and a touch of alcohol just to remind you of the 9.5%. Great beer.

Very drinkable (though strong) beer. I liked so much its fresh taste, while its appearance isn’t really good-looking. Medium body, very clear colour. Would drink it again.

Bottle. Pours a crystal clear pale golden body with a small white head. Nose is grass, pale malts, alcohol, mild fruity estery tones and hints of straw. Taste is grass, alcohol, red fruits, pale malts, white sugar and hints of straw and baker’s yeast. Light body, dry finish, high carbonation. A decent enough pale BSA, but the much-boasted hop addition is not really present at all IMO.

Bottle. Fragrant, but too much bitterness for me. Belgium felt. Too sharp hops.

Cloudy pale yellow color, big white head. Aroma of malt, tropical fruits, citrus and also a little bit funkiness. Taste is very fruity, citrus, yeast, malts. Medium body, soft to average carbonation. Nice, but I hoped it would be great.

Bottle @ home. Pours a hazy, yellow- honey colour with a thick, rocky, white head that lingers and laces nicely. Aroma is citrus, tropical fruits, floral hops, vegetable notes, yeast and biscuit malts. Taste is citrus, orange, tropical fruits, vinous notes, biscuit, mild yeast, floral hops and mild booze. Mouthfeel is medium with lively, biting carbonation and drying, tannic finish.

Nice, hoppy brew. Cause I like these hops, tried this and wasnt dissapointed in terms of hoppy Belgian ale- as usually highly carbonated and thick malty- from this background it is difficult to hops to shine, but to be nicely balanced- yes. A bit harsh palate but otherwise- pleasant, sipping "hopenbier". Medium intensity aroma, moderate+ bitterness, sugary-malty tones along whole consuming process.
