Shared 750ml bottle to ring in my birthday at the Abbots Ale House. Pours a lively golden with a pillowy white head. Beautiful aroma of green apple, butterscotch, flora, and sea air. Taste is medium sweetness, light hop bitterness, and a light sour tang. Smooth, dry, fruity hop finish. Delicious.

Sweet hops, mild bitterness and maltiness in the aroma.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20 Gachupines (640) - USA - APR 6, 2013
Hazy golden with a thick white head. Aroma is a slight bit of banana and yeast. Flavor is nice clove and banana at first followed by a sharp (but not unpleasant) grapefruit bite from the hops. Really nice combination of styles.
Wife: 4.5
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 DeclanT (55) - Tervuren, BELGIUM - MAR 12, 2013
75cl bottle, this was the priciest and most underwhelming of their famous special edition Tripel Hops. It’s a fine beer, just not up the Citra or Sorachi levels.
