COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Unique one-off, made with three kinds of hops: Styrian Goldings, Saaz and Amarillo. Dry hopped with more Styrian, and an extra dose of malts to hold up.

Bottle. Pours a light golden yellow. Nice head.hay, cereal, toast, spruce, citrus, floral, earthy, sparkling, frothy, light sweetness, medium bitterness, lightly sour, light body, thin feel, fizzy, bitter, long finish. I was worried that the hops wouldnt hold up but seem to have. If it was more hoppy awhile back might have been too much. Nice citrus hop with a bith of grass earthy lemon. The bubbles in mine kept coming. It smell a lot like champagne and at first had the taste of it. Not bad not great I would buy it again if it was a bit cheaper.

Floral and herbal aroma with some great hop action. Large white quickly diminishing fizzy head. Light malt flavor and hoppy with an herbal finish. I will continue to seek this out, it is Outstanding.

Sampled at Cajun Cafe’s 2011 Fall Beer Festival. Pours a hazy yellow with a foamy white head. Nose is a nice bouquet of floral hops with some citrus- lemon, orange, and grassy notes as well. Flavor offers some sweet malt to compliment the citrus, lemon, and grass of the nose. Medium in body and if it was not so expensive, one that I would sample regularly.

Hoppy and perfumed in aroma. The flavor is of bread and yeast with a long-lasting hoppiness that lead into a bitter and dry finish. Although expensive and not something I could afford again, it was very good.

Bottle: Pale golden to golden with a greenish sheen, big fluffy white head, almost clear, solid but smooth citric-hoppy and herbal piney nose, biquity malt underneath; medium to full bodied, very smooth, solid sweet-bitter flavour; lingering soft citrussy-hoppy finish with a fruity and malty counterpart, alcohol well hidden. Wow, the real thing, superbly balanced........

750 ml. Clear dark yellow body with a big, fizzy white head, mostly lasting. Aroma of lemon, citrus, cobweb, toasted grain, flowers, herbs, orange, pepper with a hint of alcohol. The flavor is moderately sweet and moderately bitter. It finishes lightly sweet, moderately bitter and lightly acidic. Thin to medium body, velvety texture and lively carbonation. Clean with a great balance between sweet and bitter. Some nice funk , though muted, to go along with the tart citrus. A bit Orval-like and a real pleasure to drink.

(bottle, 75cl) Hazy, pale golden colour with a blond and huge, also quite persistent foamy head. Elegantly citric hoppy aroma with floral notes, honey and a delicately herbal spicy touch. Bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied with a pleasant carbonation. Pale malt-character with wheaty notes, biscuits, citrus and an exotic touch, leading into a mildly sweet and fruity finish with a warming alcoholic length. A very elegant and rounded Belgian Ale. 20.X.11

Bottle on sale for about $10 from Sam’s in Durham. Pours hazy bright gold with a huge pillowy white head. Nose of pear, pear skins, slightly rotten apples, and grassy hops. Taste adds more faded hop notes. Past its prime but still quite nice.
