Straw coloured with a slight haze and a small white fluffy head. Aroma is of yeast and/or bread with some apricot. Flavour is similar with strong fruit, yeast and sweetness. Alcohol is hidden very well.

Light pale yellow color; Light to medium slightly creamy body; Aroma of hops, fruit & floral; Flavor mainly of sweet hops, fruit and spice; High carbonation on this one; Nicely balanced & complex - champagne like; Overall, an excellent brew - definite give it a try.

Wonderful and complex. This has a complicated aroma, characterized by floral and citrus notes. A nice slightly sour flavor with a long lasting finish that is comfortably dry.

Hazy blonde color with a medium fluffy head that laces well. Smell is yeast and lemon peel. Taste is also yeast and citrus with a slight peppery hop bite. Refreshing and clean. Nice brew.

Poured out of a 750ml bottle. Nice golden color. Very lively, champagne-like. Mild tasting. This is a beer I like to use to turn my friends who are Macro drinkers on to something better. Very drinkable for the alcohol content.

More than anything, I’d describe this beer as effervescent. So many bubbles! It plays over the tongue very nicely and has a surprisingly light taste for the strength

Cloudy golden color with a fluffy head. Aroma is clean, some spice, yeast and a hint of citrus. Flavor is bright and clean with some pepper and yeast. Alcohol is generally well hidden. Occasionally a bottle is slightly more hot. Always good.

Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a boisterous topographic head. Aroma is lemon zest, doughy yeast, citrus bitterness, floral notes, and some light spice. A deep sniff yields some nasal alcohol warming. Flavor is pretty boozy for the style- perhaps due to the lightness. Citrus prevails, yielding a zest spice, with some grain and lemon. Very unique yeast profile- like a light, ever so subtle dough note. Palate is medium in the body, finishing semi-dry and somewhat alcoholic. I would drink this all day given the chance.
