Silty yeasty and full of herb aroma. Light yellow, high carbonation. Big big white head. Tinckling on the tongue. Bittersweet, lime, a bit spicy and fresh. Bitter yeasty aftertaste. Easy to find in the supermarket and always great!

Big beer this one in terms of status. Its got a king or emperor like status in the beer world and rightly so. Great pastel, dehydrated piss appearance with light bubbles, love it. Pear drop aroma and lovely, smells floral and tasteful perfume that a glamorous granny wears. Taste, magical, donít serve too cold as the sanguine floral pear aromas will be muted. Cant believe its 8.5. Palate, actually annoyingly disappointing as its fizzy and too thin and should hold in the mouth better giving you bigger bang for your 1.75 (sainsburys now, get em in). Iíve tossed between 2/5 and 3 for the palate cos I donít want to mark it down so its a 2.5. Great beer and went down a treat with my brie and apple baguette.
