Four generations of the Moortgat family have brought together Pilsner malts, Bohemian hops, and a unique yeast strain to create this intense, aromatic and beguiling ale. This Belgian favourite is best enjoyed chilled (40 - 50 F) with discerning friends or good-looking strangers.

Clear golden colour, big foamy white head. Taste is spicy, fruity, sweet citrus. Finom és erős alkohol tartalmú, tartós és viszonylag kemény habbal. Az egyik legjobb világos ale sör. Gyümölcsös ízvilág nem érződik rajta, talán egy kis citrus de az erős komlózás az igen.

Brilliant straw color. Extra foamy persistent head, like a cloud that you could eat with a spoon. Incredibly well balanced aromas and flavors of grains and herbal hops, blended with a perfect fruity lemony sensation and a touch of spices. The only drawback I have is a slight dry taste of alcohol at the end. Very nice slick roundness with a pleasant zesty feeling. Excellent aftertaste with great balance between sweetness and bitterness, intensity and length. I can easily see why the Duvel is enjoyed by so many for its remarkable balance and craft. One of the best pale ale ever tasted.

No overwhelming esters on the nose. Slight banana. Fruity notes balance well with alcohol and sweetness. A nice beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle @ home. Pours clear pale yellow with a big lasting white head. Crisp yet smooth flavor with a nice finish. Not a very strong flavor but it is very pleasant and enjoyable. No harshness or aftertaste. A good refreshing beer.
