Ihan hyvä Eliittikisakokousolut. Pickwick ja Helsinki. Belgialainen ilta. Peikko jumissa.

Bottle from Y Delyn Wine Bar, Mold. Pours a delightful effervescent straw with a pillowy white head. Aroma is yeasty, citrus and a little soapy. Taste is dry hoppy with yeast and citrus notes with a hint of coriander in the back. Medium to high carbonation, with a nice mouthfeel throughout. A very good starter Belgian beer for someone new to the style but definitely not the best.

Bottle. A pour golden with a big white head from lively carbonation. Smooth flavour with yeasty hops, an alcohol spike and a light sweet finish. Typically Belgian in a fancy goblet.

Trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch malzig süß, überreife Früchte, hefig, würzig. Geschmack malzig fruchtig, reife Früchte, leicht alkoholisch, würzig.

Very white, white, head with a pallid yellow colour to the liquid. Why do I always smell baked beans in great belgian beers? Fantastically rich tasting and clean but with plenty of light malt character. Big and fizzy but not way too much. No wonder this is a classic, though for me, I prefer the more experimental, but there’s no denying the exceptional high quality of this one (obviously)

Poured a hazy gold. Heavily carbonated with a white half finger foam head. Sweet alcohol aroma. The alcohol over powers any hop flavours. Nice lacing. This beer actually reminds me more of wine than beer. Obviously of very high quality, but not my cup of tea.

Clear golden ale with a medium white head. Citrus and yeast on the nose. Strongly yeasty and hoppy flavor. Sharp bitterness with a yeasty twist. Crispy mouth feel. Light to medium body. Sour lemon is the primary taste.

Pours a hazy golden body with a thick but quickly disappearing head. Typical belgian aroma and a rich and very nice taste. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
