(Bottle): Pours a pale, hazy gold with a medium white head that lasts. Aroma of yeast, tropical fruit juice with some banana notes. Taste has a background of banana for me with yeast, hops, sweet fruits and a touch of zest. Has a dry, slightly acidic finish and a well carbonated body reminiscent of champagne.

Appearance- pale gold color out of the bottle
Smell- grassy, yeast aroma
Taste- wheat, spice, hint of orange
Well balanced with a good combination of body and taste

Pale gold color out of the bottle with a huge foamy white head. Nose of spice and Belgian yeast. The initial taste is sweet with some honey and orange, followed by a nice spice, some coarse bread and bitter orange peel. Very tingly on the tongue. The alcohol starts to come out as it warms. There is something green in the finish that gets in my way. Okay strong.

11.2oz bottle. Best before: 05 / 2015. Yellow color. Good white head, good retention. Body is half-hazy with swirly yeast. Decent lace. Bigger body. Great texture. Moderate carbonation, smooth texture, kind of crisp and pleasantly soft, too. Lightly creamy texture in the body from the yeast, as well. Very interesting aromas here, interesting yeast character. Tropical fruit, some banana, hoppy but not too hoppy, balanced nicely by a clean, kind of pilsnery malt. Light spice, little pepper. Light bitterness, little sweet. Alcohol is well-hidden. Awesome belgian strong.
