Bottle 330 ml. Appearance: Beautiful hazy yellow beer with a small and long lasting white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Citrus (lemon) and spicy. There’s also note of malt and fruits. Quite complex. Taste: Lemon, spices and a touch of alcohol. Some sugar and malt. Slight bitterness and a long lasting dry/alcohol finish. Overall: Didn’t remember this one was quite good. Complex, drinkable and refreshing. Good example of a well balanced beer.

served in tulip glass, pours a light golden color with a very fluffy white head. the aroma is malt, grass, spiciness and alcohol with a small bit of cloves. The flavor is light up front with a malt backbone to the finish, the flavor starts at nothing then continues with spiciness and alcohol flavor.

Bottled. Clear golden with a durable finger-thick white head. Aroma is spicy with notes of orange-zest, sulfur, malt, yeast. The taste is complex sweet and spicy, with a mediun body and a bitter citrusy finish. Nice mouthfeel.

Served in a tulip glass; pale golden opaque color with a thick three-finger rocky head; faint aroma of stinging alcohol with some hints of apple and biscuit; strong wheaty herby and minty hints with a dominating tastes of green apple, medium sweetness and medium bitterness; full creamy body with a smooth long bitter finish. 330 ml bottle poured into a goblet. Pours a clear straw/golden yellow with very lively carbonation and a huge rocky white head. Smells of citrus, light fruits, and bubblegum. Pretty standard belgian yeasty aromas. Tastes of the same aromas plus an earthy, grassy taste, some spiciness and some alcohol warmth. Very refreshing and very quaffable given the alcohol content. This is a spring/summertime beer. Very good tripel.

Bottle. Pale golden with ridiculous frothy head. Smells of pils, weak citrus notes, light spice. Medium weak carb, dry finish, pils taste sustains, alcohol warms. I get a metallic note in the taste, which lingers unpleasantly. Overall it’s pleasant but not memorable due to its lightness.

Pours clear gold with little head that quickly fades away. Aroma is pils malt with some bubblegum and clove, taste is same. Body is light with active carbonation and a long complex finish. Good Belgian.
