Ottima birra, corposa e dissetante allo stesso tempo. In bocca si sentono in due tempi sia il dolce che l’amaro, ambedue non invasivi. Ben bilanciata.

330ml bottle ($3.82) from Premier in Halifax. Aroma has pleasant hints of citrus hops. Pours an almost clear pale golden colour, with white head. Has a light sweet taste. Body is medium, oily texture, with lively carbonation. I remember drinking a darker Duvel a few years ago, so it was a bit disappointing to see that this one is so pale. Still a great brew.

Pours exceptionally pale with a thin head and lots of carbonation. Decent aroma, but exceptional taste. Everything is very clean; the Belgian flavors are prominent, but not overwhelming. Really surprised at how flavorful this beer that looks like Bud light is!

Habja nagy és tartós, melynek létrejöttét a fogyasztáshoz a legideálisabb alkalmatosság (Duvel tulipán) speciális kialakítása is szolgálja, a megfelelő buborékképződésért például a pohár falának gravírozása a felelős.

Much paler than I remember, but still with that fresh vibrancy that makes this a great beer.

Aroma is yeasty. Pours a very light pale yellow with a big white head. Taste is surprisingly complex given the pale appearance: spicy with hints of coriander and cloves and some banana. Highly carbonated, almost like a soda. Alcohol is well hidden. Nice dry finish. Overall very tasty.

Doesn’t taste as strong as it is!!! Quite sour and tangy, with a lingering alcohol aftertaste. I’m not sure what to think of it to be honest. It could well be the beer that pushes you over the edge, into a suicidal oblivion, the type of which is only usually found in Finland.

Bottle. Clear gold with a small, thick white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, spicy, quite yeasty. Alcohol nicely hidden. Aftertaste is strong and grainy. High carbonation. Refreshing but dangerous! Mind the alc volume ;)
