Bottle. Pours a straw color with massive white rocky head. Superb foam and retention. Aroma of banana, pear, light caramel and spice note that I cannot identify. The taste is very similar with additional dryness in the finish and a mild warmth from alcohol. Ver complex but still refreshing even in the dead of winter. I really enjoy this beer!

Quite excellent in all categories. Nice lemon yellow with a thick high head that hangs around and laces nicely. Sweet and strong...good strong, smooth. I could drink this one all day long if not for the high ABV

Pours a cloudy straw yellow with a foamy, long-lasting white head. Aroma is citrus, spicy yeast, bread, and cracker. Flavor is sweet bread and cracker malts with citrus and spicy yeast. Has some carbonation and a smooth body. Good.

330ml bottle. Pours a mild gold with significant white head. Subtle nose with hop notes. Bitter notes with thr hops shoeing through again. An interesting style which hides its alcohol content very well.

Excellente!

Spicy and floral aroma. Clear copper color with bright white head that stays in glass. Pear, clove, and banana flavor. Full body that dissipates slowly with warm alcohol finish. Enjoyed at La Villete restaurant in Brussels. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

A bottle from Jason’s in the basement of 101, drunk at home on a rainy 10/10 Independence Day. Aroma: bread, citrus, lemon. Appearance: clear, pale amber, generous white head. Palate: light-bodied with lively carbonation. Taste: alcohol is very well-camouflaged, bitterness is subtly predominant. a suggestion of banana at the end. I love this beer, there is nothing wrong with it. I even liked it before I got into beer tasting.

Pour from a 750 mL bottle into a cheap plastic hotel cup (what a crime). Clear yellow pour with a super fluffy white head. Nose has some herbal hops to it, with a hint of cracker. Taste has a nice Belgian spice, some candy syrup and a fairly sweet finish. I wonder if my stupid plastic cup has dampened the carbonation such that it feels more sticky and sweet rather than effervescent. Still, quite enjoyable.
