Lovely beer, in glass it’s a golden clear beer with a stable white foam head. The smell reminds corn, bread, nuts, floral, and ginger notes. When it’s tasted it have a medium body with a strong malt flavor and a alcoholic final.

0.33L bottle. Pours a clear, light pale with a big, rocky white head that lingers. Relatively mild aromas of citrus, minerals, yeast. A fairly complex flavor profile that moves quickly through a range of flavors. Initially tart giving way to a sweetness mixed with sour. This then morphs to yet a different sweetness. Finishes with a long, dry, herby and resiny hop flavor that makes my mouth water from time-to-time, and a warm alcohol feeling in the chest. Light body with a relatively thin mouthfeel and very active carbonation. Overall, a superlative beer that has a lot going on flavor-wise, and really defines what Belgian beer has to offer. For me, this isn’t an everyday beer, or a beer that I’d necessarily choose to drink many of in a night (almost always gives me a hangover), but certainly a good one to have once in a while.

Much head with large bubbles. Light/pale golden body. Scent of hops, alcohol. Taste of hops, chili, yeast, lemon. Boozy after taste with some bitterness. Carbonation is medium, with "large bubbles". A special beer full of taste, but still very easily drinkable. Recommended!

330ml bottle poured into Duvel glass. Pours a bright golden honeyburst color with a tall fluffy white head that has very good retention and leaves a lot of lacing as it dissipates. Smell is of Belgian yeast, sweet malt, and light and citrusy fruits. Taste is of sweet malt and bitter hops up front, picking up the light fruits and citrus from there along with herbal spicyness and the 8.5% alcohol comes in to say hello. Finish is clean and dry. Mouthfeel is smooth, nicely carbonated, and almost creamy. Overall, one of the best beers on the planet. Refreshing, crisp, flavor packed, and easy drinking, even at 8.5%.

Bottle. 330ml. A yellow beer with a medium size creamy head and a considerable amount of gas. Aroma is difficult to describe, but I think there is lot of malt, wheat and alcohol. Taste is bitter, well-balanced and with some carbonation and astrigency. This was the first craft beer I ever drank, so I have a soft spot for this one.

Flaska från SB. Lätt dimmig ljusgul vätska med mkt luftigt vitt skum. Doftar jäst, örter, parfym. Syrlig smak, päron och kryddor. Kraftigt kolsyrad. Något sträv i munnen. Inte min favoritstil... ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle - pours cloudy straw colour with a crisp white head which fills up the glass. Aroma of berries, banana, bready yeast and some hints of bubblegum. Taste of berries with hints of blackcurrant, followed by yeast and bread with some raspberry and peppermint hints and light bitterness coming out towards the end. Fairly spicy. Light body, high carbonation.
