3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Tasty beer, hints of fruit and spice. I definitely did not taste the 8.5%, never had a beer with that much alcohol that wasn't either strong tasting or overly sweet. A very good beer.

I don´t know, it is bitter sweet. It has a typical Belgian sweetness to it but then the quite bitter hops come. I don´t like when a beer has both. It should be sweet or bitter. Na ah, not both.

3.7 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
One of my all time favourite beers, quite iconic beer as well.
Huge head with clear golden colour result in an excellent presentation. Nice malty and fruity aroma. Great on palate as well, being so high on voltage, yet so easily drinkable.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Lovely maltiness, dried fruits, peach, light yeast. Moderate sweet with light bitterness and light tartness. Drinkable, but bit too simple for likeable Belgian

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
330ml bottle, pours a hazy light gold with large white head that lasts well. Aroma is Belgian yeast and a crisp tart green apple note. Has a definite light sourness going on and a bitter tonic water and bitter lemon flavour. Very crisp, very different but not entirely my thing. High carbonation.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Dorata, velata dai lieviti in sospensione, bellissima schiuma bianca molto persistente.
Aroma di lievito belga e malti chiari, lievissimo erbaceo.
Al palato si ripresentano le note olfattive ed una lieve nota alcolica (anche se, in generale, l'alcol è ben nascosto).
Ben carbonata, corpo medio-leggero.
Una Belgian Strong Ale "Jolly", si abbina un po' a tutto e si beve abbastanza bene, ma potendo scegliere berrei altro.
