Straw in the glass, intensely carbonated with a crazy head. Lactic yeast aroma. Something like a light tripel on the tongue--light and crisp, with none of the alcohol slickness you’d expect in a beer this big. Seltzerlike carbonation gives a very dry finish. The best of its kind.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer & Beyond, Tel Aviv. Clear light yellow with big bubbly white head, cloudy at the bottom of the bottle. Aroma of white wine, fruity, cheese, sweat. Flavor is winey, fruity, light sweetness, hoppy bitterness, notes of cheese, fresh. Very dry, creamy, medium carbonation. Medium body. bitter finish.

A strong Beer with a light character and lots of flavour. It was surprisingly easily drunk and was quite bitter. Quite enjoyable.

Pour golden, mildly hazy (i poured carefully) with a white head. Aroma is citrus and doughy. Quite dry with a nice bitter note. Finish is somewhat astringent. Overall a very nice beer for a summer afternoon.

Subtle domestic dairy farm scent, although in general dairy farms are not scented subtly. So, points for making that work. In hindsight, it's a fruity scented barn. Tastes great and looks great

Bottle. Honey golden, slightly hazy body, with a big, frothy, white head, that leaves a lot of lacing. Aroma of yeast, must, bread, grass, spices, citrus, pale grapes. Taste with about the same aromas, also some honey like sweetness. Mouthfeel is medium, oily, with a lively carbonation and it finishes bitter, dry, sour-fruity, yeasty and alcohol warming. Nice, strong, but quaffable. Like you would imagine a hybrid of a Belgian Golden Strong Ale and an Imperial Pilsener. I like their Triple Hop editions better, but this undeniably is a classic and most notably a unique brandmark.

Pours a pale yellow with a minimal but lasting head. Aroma of yeast and spice. Tastes great.

Bottle. Probably the most well-balanced example in this style. Would love to try this on tap some day. Lemony, banana cream pie on the palate, with just the right amount of carbonation. HIdes its 8.5% ABV beautifully. Finishes clean, crisp, and lemony. Overall, outstanding.

Bottle. Light brown yellow and think white head. Smell of apricot, citrus and leather. Taste of citrus, hops and apricot. Light bitter and light sweet.

Color dorado limpio con espuma blanca algo jabonosa. Aromas florales y ligeramente cítricos. Cuerpo medio, ligeramente afrutada como de manzanas verdes y final amargo y seco de intensidad media con toque de alcohol. Bien.
