Pours a pale clear yellow with a big, frothy white head that fades pretty quickly. Aroma of ripe pear, pepper, dominant yeast, grapes, floral notes, alcohol and a hint of citrus fruits. Taste is sweet, mildly sour. Smooth creamy mouth feel, medium but light body, lively carbonation, pleasant lightly bitter finish. Had a few of these when I lived in Belgium, very good beer, intense and great with cheese and Dijon mustard or dark chocolate. The level of intensity in flavour always reminds me of white wine.

Aroma a levadura, ¿trigo?, malta...

Pours thick, hazy orange body with small, creamy looking white head. Nose is sweet and fruity, lots of yeast, wheat and malts. Medium body with somewhat high carbonation. Thick texture. Rich and fruity aroma, malts, yeast, wheat, banana, cloves, nuts, grassy and herbal. Lovely balanced combination of sweet and light sourness. Overall, very good hefe. Easy drinking, refreshing and crisp.

Poured from an 11.2 oz bottle into a tulip producing an immediate thick, large, white head that’s very persistent and laces like crazy. A very clear, golden color. Medium body with lively carbonation and great mouthfeel. Complex, lemony, crisp, long warming finish. Excellent.

Aromat - gruszki, rodzynki, banany, lekkie fenole w stylu goździka. Piana - bardzo obfita, drobna, biała, oblepia szkło. Idealnie klarowne, jasnozłote. Nagazowanie średnie do średnio wysokiego. Słodkawe, fenolowość wyraźna, w smaku skrzyżowanie jabłek, pomarańczy i gruszek. Lekko rozgrzewa w przełyku.
