1.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Bov (7364) - Bienne, - FEB 2, 2006
a typical corsica beer (à l’arbouse) brewed in Jenlain ? come on ... - clear and bright golden colour, big white head; aroma of blackcurrant/strawberry syrup; sweet and slightly sticky (but not as much I was fearing with this aroma), no beer character at all, the finish is relatively dry with more fruity notes - urghhh !
2.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20 DSG (3005) - Tel Aviv, ISRAEL - DEC 1, 2010
Bottle at a tasting. Thanks mom for this bottle! Clear golden. Fruity aroma, slightly spicy, with a bit of berries and other fruits. Sweetish-sourish flavor with fruits and a bit of slightly herbal bitterness in the finish. Light-bodied. Surprisingly drinkable and not too bad.
2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20 tomer (973) - Rishon Le Zion, ISRAEL - DEC 1, 2010
At a tasting, thanks DSG, a little deep clear yellow colour, almost no head, fruity aroma of carambola (star fruit), passion fruit and lemon, light sweet fruity malty flavour with a touch coarse bitterness. A nice suprise.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 8/20 jaghana (2101) - Strasbourg (France), FRANCE - AUG 20, 2010
Bottle 33cl. A yellow orange beer with small head. A very watery beer, the spicy and fruity flavor of Arbouse are very low, very disappointing. A poor ale with spicy bitterness and aspartame, not interesting at all.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 oh6gdx (16047) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 15, 2009
Canned (Thanks Bov!). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet apricots and berries, and that’s about it. Flavour is apricot, berries, cookies, some sweet malts and mild papery notes. Refreshing, but not too interesting for a beer...
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 TBone (9414) - Pori, FINLAND - JUN 13, 2009
Can (BB 11/2010).
Golden color, small white head. Strong sweet berry aroma. Light palate. Cardboard, sweetish berries, a bit like passion fruit. Jam added to beer? Low bitterness, papery. Quite useless. Maybe someone who "doesn’t drink beer" likes this.
2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 nigos (623) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - JAN 7, 2008
Golden tandard hue with a thin head. Sweet honeyed nose with some spice. Orangey taste with a touch of honey. Reasonable beer.
1.2 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20 Saarlander (1665) - Saarlouis/ Rancho Cucamonga,CA, GERMANY - DEC 15, 2006
Way to funky flavors going on here, not carbonated much, and sticky sweet, even the aftertastey sweet, not too good.
2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20 Papsoe (22985) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - OCT 19, 2005
(Bottle 33 cl) Hazy, golden beer with a thick, creamy white and rather stable head. Some crude, floating impurities at the bottom. A somewhat indefinable aroma of berries. Flavour is clearly raspberry although I understand it’s really the berries from the Strawberry Tree (Arbutus). A slightly synthetic edge. Sweetish but yet with a dry finish. Rather unusual. 191005
