| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Jun 17, 2005 750 cork bottle. Medium, clear, amber with a touch of orange, no apparent yeaast in the bottle. Aroma was woodsy with a touch of apple. Pleasant flavor, fresh cut oak, touch of apple, and a growing caramel presence as it warmed. Not the most complex thing in the world, but quite refreshing and enjoyable. Poured a clear amber , very clear, lots of tiny bubbles.Very nice lacing. Nose had an of aroma, not unpleasant. Lots of flavors swillering around. There was yeast and spices and hops. The is a strong alcohol taste, but at 6.5% seemed odd. This had a new taste with each sip. Very nice. fiulijn (7150), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

Refreshing, I would not mind having this on a hot day. I can’t taste any alcohol. Sweet after taste. Pernille (518), Copenhagen, Denmark
| 4.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | May 25, 2005 Wow! Interesting. Is this really apple-beer or does it just taste and smell of it? It’s almost like a mix of cider and beer. It’s quite sophisticated, and Carl even thinks it’s like champagne with soft bubbles! wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 19, 2005 Nice stuff. Poured golden with a thin white head. Aroma was fruity and had a touch of butterscotch. Taste was very pleasant. I’ll have to try this again because I have only sampled it so far.
