| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Apr 1, 2005 Pours a golden amber color, with a nice white head. Aroma is a bit on the weak side, but is fruity - smelling of apples and bananas. Flavor is of sweet apples, pear, and holiday spices. This is a beer that just about anyone can enjoy. Yet another style to love...damn, beer is a wonderful thing. guzzler67 (1277), Hanover, Maryland, USA

Generous creamy off-white head. Delicate and light perfume hops with light earthy touches. Overall very light, yet enjoyable flavor. Sweet and creamy taste, with a balanced amount of some kind of mild hops. Earthy, sweet caramel hints, fruity champagne-like hops, Very good subtle complexities. May be worth getting a corked bottle to keep around a few years...
