Draft at Gainesville House of Beer. Pours a mostly clear amber color with a thin head. Minimal lacing. Aroma is slightly musty with malt, caramel, and some yeast. Flavor is nice and smooth with a hint of alcohol in the finish.

Copper with quickly fleeting white head. Sweet malty nose with just a touch of age. Small hints of floral dourness. Taste follows - big malt, but pretty clean. Almost like a characterful dopplebock I guess. Meh.

Clear amber body with an off-white fizzy head. Light malty aroma - warming and well balanced. Moderately sweet, moderately bitter flavour. Drinks easily and is very well balenced.

Amber colored with lasting off-white foam head. Aroma is weak malty and some yeast. Taste is very nice low caramel with some slight bitter hop. Aftertaste is short but nice bitter. Pleasantly surprised by this beer. (Lyon 201207)
