Golden with thin rimming lacy head; soft light yeasty aroma; Flava is light and crisp with yeasty citrusy and grainy blend; feels light and crispwith some fizz; finishes semi-sweet with malt grain and yeast

Another bottle perhaps not in the best of condition. There was a pongy / skunky note early but it did blow off. This is clearly a blond beer but has a lager feel - think cheap low rent bitter finish. Not really any better or worse than Leffe.

Blonde aux couleurs ambrées et aux arômes floraux. Saveurs fruités avec une belle rondeur. Très agréable.

Alcohol is strongly felt in this beer. Smooth on the Palate, feels like a Belgian ale.

.5 l can consumed from plastic cup in hotel. So much for the ambience... Very malty aroma, medium golden in color with medium creamy head. Flavors is malt, bread with a siny amount of bitterness. Not bad considering the circumstances I’m sampling this in...

Countbeer (2921) - Best of Eindhoven ohne Brauhaus, NETHERLANDS - FEB 7, 2013
Bottle: Medium sized, fluffy, white to off white head, with regular speed changing to a closed lacing on top of a clear yellow colored beer. The aroma is of sweeter grains, hint of alcohol, corn, malts, hint of caramel and something light flower/fruity. The flavours are light spicy, grainy, bitter, malts, sweet like caramel and brown ish sugars, there’s corn, hint of hops, flowers, fruits, prunes and figs and herbs. Aftertaste is a mix of malts, sweets, grains, corn, fruits, prunes, bitter and herbs. Low to medium carbo, soft light light spicy/tingly mouthfeel, medium body and a light creamy texture. Bit sweet but pretty balanced and nothing close to nasty, that’s good.

Golden body, clear and quite surprisingly with yeast flakes floating around. Head disappears quickly. Soulless aroma with light yeast, light malts, maybe a bit of toast and some apple cookies. Straightforward taste as well, light bitterness, medium carbonation and short after taste. Only noticeable thing is the yoghurt like taste in the end, which lift this up a bit, although I’m not sure if this is on purpose. Overall quite bland. (75cl bottle from Carrefour in Tours)

Appearance: Clear golden color with a white head. Ok lacing.
Aroma: Fruity and light citric.
Palate: Medium body. Sweet and a light bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: A bit sweet and fruity. Some citric and spicy notes.
Overall impression: A bit to sweet. Apart from that quite fresh and nice.
Personal stats: Bottle from Systembolaget Nordstan in Göteborg, Sweden.
