COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Filtered, and lagered but unpasteurised.
Launched in 2000 as Jenlain Blonde. Changed to Jenlain No. Six in March 2005, with Jenlain Blonde name being used for a new 7.5% beer.
With its splendid golden hues and fruity tones, Jenlain No. Six has a distinctive bitter finish and a hoppy nose. The barley-scented liquor sparkles under its light, foamy head. Light and thirst-quenching, with a rich characteristic savour, it is best served at between 5 and 6°C, with a meal or as an aperitif.

Kita (861) - Koper, SLOVENIA - APR 3, 2014
Can, 0.50l. Clear golden color with average frothy white head. Aroma of mild toasted or biscuit malt, herbal hops and mild yeast. Taste starts moderate sweet malty, follows by mild fruity acidity, while finish is light to moderate bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Not bad for pale lager...

(Bottle, 0.25 l - BB 21/6/2014, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20140315) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, sweetness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. The taste was watery and had sweetness, fruitiness and bitterness. Afteraste was short and sweet. The aroma was decent but the taste was disappointing.

MRMedellin (170) - Bogota, COLOMBIA - FEB 21, 2014
Regular yellow pale lager, in glass clear, small head, soft carbonation, nice malt aromas, like cereal and caramel, soft taste, good balance for the alcoholic amount, smooth end, hops are not really making a big change in the flavor.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2013 Niedliche kleine 0,25l-Pulle.
Test vom 13.7.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 12,10,12,9,12,9 - 10,05
