Filtered, and lagered but unpasteurised.
Launched in 2000 as Jenlain Blonde. Changed to Jenlain No. Six in March 2005, with Jenlain Blonde name being used for a new 7.5% beer.
With its splendid golden hues and fruity tones, Jenlain No. Six has a distinctive bitter finish and a hoppy nose. The barley-scented liquor sparkles under its light, foamy head. Light and thirst-quenching, with a rich characteristic savour, it is best served at between 5 and 6°C, with a meal or as an aperitif.

(Bottle, 0.25 l - BB 21/6/2014, courtesy of rosenbergh, 20140315) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had spices, sweetness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with high carbonation. The taste was watery and had sweetness, fruitiness and bitterness. Afteraste was short and sweet. The aroma was decent but the taste was disappointing.

Regular yellow pale lager, in glass clear, small head, soft carbonation, nice malt aromas, like cereal and caramel, soft taste, good balance for the alcoholic amount, smooth end, hops are not really making a big change in the flavor.

Light golden colour with a white, frothy, diminishing head. A hoppy, slightly spicy aroma, some wheat. Taste is big carbonation, malts, cereal, grain. Not a great deal of flavour- pretty average.

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2013 Niedliche kleine 0,25l-Pulle.

Bottled 250ml Saveur. Clear golden color, small white head. Grassy, papery aroma. Light to medium-bodied, Sweetish malty, cardboardish flavor. Short metallic finish, even a bit unclean. Feels a bit less alcoholic even. Not very impressive.
