Bottle. Pours clear red, small white head. Smell is cherrie, rather pure no funk or sweetness. Taste is mildly dry, full-on cherries, with a hint of natural funkyness. Very aromatic in the ending. Intense, for sure, on the cherrie side. Very one dimentionnal though. Boring, and basically this could be looked at as liquid cherrie. More of a fan of fruitbeers, where there actually is a ’beer’ taste as well. This has got no malts, hops, yeast, or anything else. Its not terrible, but who can drink a full 75 cl bottle of something this boring ?

75 cl bottle @ home. Dark red beer with a small, pink head, non adhesive. Aroma is cherries, citrus, little acidic. Low carbonation. Taste: little acidic, bit metallic, cherries (but not very intense), bit thin. Aftertaste is very metallic; chloride?; some bitterness; quite wry; long lasting, weird and quite off-putting aftertaste. The aroma was promising, the taste was less than ok, but the aftertaste was just horrible. I couldn’t finish the bottle. Maybe something went wrong?

Dark red beer, white disappearing head. Nose: cherry, wood, sour, tad agressive without killing the beer. Light body, sour, but very enjoyable. Overall, very nice blend. Like this.

11/8/11/11/5/10

75cl bottle courtesy of 77ships @ RBBSG II.
