750 ml bottle at home. Taken from notes. Pours medium amber to red with a fine white pinkish white head. Aroma is cherries, mixed with malty and bready aromas of the tripel. Some flowery notes as well. Palate is sweet to sour, niclely in balance. Taste is sweet raspberries and vanilla. I miss some fruity tartness in this one.

Opalescent cherry red with a pink frothy head. Noses of berries, some banryard-funk and hay. Soft and light slick with a medium body. Acidic and sour with some faint residual fruity sweetness. Rather tart and dry finish.

2008 bottle thanks to Bu11zeye at the BTBF-eve tasting. Pink hazy pour. Aroma is cherry fried pie, light funk, solid amount of cherry for a 5 year old bottle. Flavor is lightly tart, tons of cherry. A lot like NB transatlantique kriek. Bitter finish.

TheJvd (1021) - NETHERLANDS - JUN 30, 2013
Bottle at RBESG ’13 Grand Tasting. Pours dark red with a medium pink head. Aroma is sourish, some cherries and a bit of barnyard. Taste is quite sweet, like pure lemonade syrup, cherries, a little bit of funk and a dry finish. Medium body, medium to heavy carbo. Too sweet for me, could use some more sourness.

Red colored beer with a pink head. Very fruity aroma with the sour cherries nicely present. Lighltly lactic and sourish cherry taste but a bit flat and not lasting at all.

Dark red beer, white disappearing head. Nose: cherry, wood, sour, tad agressive without killing the beer. Light body, sour, but very enjoyable. Overall, very nice blend. Like this.
