Thanks to Maltzilla for the share at the Miami Throwdown. Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is vinegar, some apple, light fruit, and lots of lactic tartness going on. Flavor is similar fruits, vinegar, grain, and some tartness. Medium bodied and hazy as hell.

Bottle @ Miami Fandango ’10 gathering. Cheers to Diego for the share.
Hazy golden, no head.
Aroma and flavors, Belgian yeast, fruit tartness, white grapes, apple, pear with a grainy mouthfeel, somehow it felt as if the beer had some wood characteristics.
Tasty brew, a lot going on here, drinks very much like a Geuze.

Sweet bottle shared by JCB. Dark golden/orange pour. Nose of citrus, yeast, some funk. Some pepper. Taste hits on some sour apples and more bready yeast. A bit hot, but not considering the 11%... who knew? I dig this.

Cool looking lil’ bottle from mikesgroove - thanks, Mike! Funky looking orange pour, almost radiated or something but with lots of funk in it, minimal carb. Sharp and spicy aromas tend to lead the tart ones, but the tartness overtakes things quickly. Very acetic and puckering, a weird combination with the heat and spice of the tripel. But just as soon as you think you’ve got it figured, there’s some sweetness or some breadiness or champagne with sour apples. All over the place but pretty fun.
4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20 BDR (2534) - Roseville, Minnesota, USA - MAR 25, 2010
Well carbonated body with faint head. Hazy dusty brown color. Horse blanket, hay, and mustiness mostly cover sweet malts in the aroma. Some caramel and apple in there as well. The body has a lemony tarness with a yeasty, apple finish. Some malt hidden in there, but the sourness overwhelms the palate.

Thanks to Jason for sharing this one! Crazy beer! Hazy orange pour, basically still. Aroma is dank and lactic. Flavor shows some dark fruit, grains, and light tartness. Sticky sweet finish

UPDATED: APR 19, 2011 37,5cl bottle vintage 2007 sealed with a 3 Fonteinen Cork. When opened it gave a little pop and came to life with a small gush. Pours a hazy gold to amber color with almost no head. Looks like a flat geuze. Aroma has some sour notes of vinegar, musty yeast, fruits and citrus. The lambic aroma overcomes the original beer. The taste is full of tart sourness, some fruits and in the end some hops and malt. The aftertaste is immense dry. The alcohol is very well hidden, because it drinks like a geuze with an ABV of 5-6%. More a sour ale then a belgian strong. A very good blend!

375 ml bottle. Hazy orange body with almost no head. Aroma is fruity and acidic with a funky Bret impression. Flavor is refreshing fruity, acidic and rather dry, even with a impression of a sweet malt. This is both unusually and delicious ale.

Bottle shared by Travlr on 1/10/10: Pours a transparent champagne golden with a spotty-lacing white head. Aroma of fresh tart lemon and bretty funk with some light pale malty sweetness. Has a nice light malty sweetness with a good leathery earthy hop and funk balance with some light tartness before a smooth bittersweet finish. An enjoyable strong funky sour ale.
