Hazy pale golden with a small porous white head.
Aroma: buttery malt with tart green apples, some funk.
Taste: spices, sour, burnt plastic, some funk and lemons. On a positive note the alcohol isn’t apparent.
Above medium bodied.

Bottle. Pale amber beer, a bit hazy with no head. Fruktig sourish aroma. Sourish and hoppy flavour.

Bottle from Beer Temple, Brussels. Hazy golden orange with a tiny head. Aroma is musty, herbal hops, fruity/yeasty esters and sugary malt. Flavor is a unique blend of tart/sour, bitter lemon and sweet with some light alcohol. Medium body with good carbonation. Good beer, unique and interesting.

blue cheese, grass, citrus, sweaty gym socks, booze. not too sure on this.
taste follws the nose but blue cheese is more evident. lots of booze in the mouth.
well carbonated and full bodied. hard to finish due to the amount of booze.

2012 Bottle from Delices & Caprices. The pour’s light gold with a massive white head. The nose is musty yeast, some cantaloupe and lemon. Hints of honeyed white grapes. The taste mildly grainy. Honey nut cheerio breakfast cereal. Cutting lemon rind acid. Brett. Sort of bready in the body. Moderate carbonation. Overall, interesting.

Pours golden color with a minimal head. Aroma of sour fruits, grass, some toffee and caramel notes, yeast and wood. Flavor of fruits, yeast, caramel and goose berries. A bit weird.

Clear amber beer with a lightly sour nose. No real head. Light semi dry palate, low carbonation. Mild sourness. light vinegary fruit. Easy drinking and tasty.

Aroma is somewhat sour with citron, earthy and floral notes. Flavour is somewhat sour and stinging with floral, earthy notes, some citron and alcohol. Too much alcohol here.

Bottle (375 ml) from Etre Gourmet. Shady golden, no head. Fruity and estery aroma with some grapefruit, green apples and barnyard, and pleny of alcohol. Meidum bodied, weak carbonation. Dry, churny bitterness. Interesting but not very good.
