Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is lovely acidic, while the flavor is acidic malty with notes of grapefruit and wood. Nice mix.

Bottled. Clear pale amber, brief head. Concentrated citric horse blanket aroma. Sweet and sour, juicy and malty with soft, dense mouthfeel. Arousing, complex and confusing with the sweetness of a strong Berlgian ale and the tart lovely complex flavours of a real lambic. Wow!

(Bottle 37,5 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head leaving laces. Sourish aroma. Medium body, lightly fruity accents with a distinct Brettish sourness. Very interesting and original. 090507

Light orangey-amber. Aroma is alcohol upfront, some light caramel, quite fruity & perfumey. Crazy disparate palate is tart, hoppy, yeasty, slightly alcoholic and a nice flowery note. Neat beer, has a whacky vinegar note. Some sweet pale malts and an eccentric blend of hops & perfume.

Bottle. Hazy amber coloured with a small off white ehad. Fruity and light acidic aroma of berries, brett and hops. Fruity and dusty flavour of brett, berries and hops with notes of sherry and brandy. Fruity and tart finish.
