Sep 24, 2007 Bottled. An unclear orange beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is lovely acidic, while the flavor is acidic malty with notes of grapefruit and wood. Nice mix.

Jan 31, 2008 Updated: Feb 8, 2008Bottled. Clear pale amber, brief head. Concentrated citric horse blanket aroma. Sweet and sour, juicy and malty with soft, dense mouthfeel. Arousing, complex and confusing with the sweetness of a strong Berlgian ale and the tart lovely complex flavours of a real lambic. Wow!

Dec 7, 2007 Light orangey-amber. Aroma is alcohol upfront, some light caramel, quite fruity & perfumey. Crazy disparate palate is tart, hoppy, yeasty, slightly alcoholic and a nice flowery note. Neat beer, has a whacky vinegar note. Some sweet pale malts and an eccentric blend of hops & perfume.
