JorisPPattyn (8648) - Ursel, BELGIUM - SEP 20, 2008
UPDATED: SEP 30, 2008 Draught Very dense & creamy head (N˛?) over fully dark ruby-mahogany beer. Very nice roasted, sweet and blackmalts, chocolate sauce as on Dame Blanche. Very stoutlike taste, sweet, roasted to burnt, as well as a light sourish edge. Medium bodied at best, head is velvety, beer quite smooth. I guess this makes for a perfect bottom-fermented Guinness clone...
