Shady amber color, creamy white head. Fruity scent. Sweet malty taste, rather bitter. Medium a bit spritzy mouthfeel, sort of high bitterness.

What’s the odds that the special beer the second time I go, with 2 years in between, is the same as last time, and I’m still the only one rating it? LOL

Cloudy yellow color, fluffy white head, Fresh malty and herbal spicy hoppy scent. Nice fresh malty and herbal hoppy scent. Dry almost a bit roasted malty aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, medium high bitterness.

Sampled on the brepub, I think in May 2007 Charneol colour with creamy head. Fruity, sweet and apparently malty, a lot more maltier than the other I tried. Pretty high on the flavouring hops, along with a solid maltiness and butterscotch would make this a terrific beer, if it wasn’t for the cardboard in the background. It’s also bit acidic, but that’s subtle. Medium bitterness.
