Cask Handpump at the Head Of Steam, London 30/03/2003 Golden coloured and strong in alcohol. Some fruit flavour. Slightly bitter hop finish.

Cask sampled at SBF 2003. Cloudy brown-orange. Aroam of cinnamon and citrus. A bit tart. Malty flavor with cookie tones and alcoholic dry finish. Impressive

Amber, cloudy. Fruity and grassy, still a bit young and raw. Full bodied and sweet with long bitter finish.
