COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cool Amber is a European pilsener style beer made with the German hop Hllertau Perle in combination with lager malt and malted wheat. This beer is luscious, full bodied and satisfying with a sweet, malty fragrance.

[Draft at Stockholm Beer Festival 2003] A golden beer with a fine head. The aroma is very lightly malty. The flavor is malty sweet and it ends on a rather bitter note. A pretty simple beer.
