Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of malt as well as a light off-note of phenols. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw as well as a lighter note of citrus.

On tap. Slightly hazy yellow with a white head. Fruity nose. Medium body, quite fruity with a hoppy finish. E.J. Phair clearly likes hops, but they seem to prefer English to American hops. 250709

From tap at the taphouse in Concord. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity. Fruity flavoured, mild bitterness mixed with a soft citrusy note. Ends smooth fruity.

Draft. Amber beer with an off-white head. Light grapefruit and light caramel aroma. Light caramel flavor with light grapefruit/pine. Medium bodied. Well balanced. Light caramel lingers with light grapefruit and light pine.
