COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In celebration of the rich history of Pittsburg, we brewed a decadent Stout ale and we solicited a bit of help from another fine local establishment. Steeltown Coffee was gracious enough to hand press 40 gallons of coffee for this epic historical tribute ale! Roasty and delicious, you can skip the bacon and eggs because Steeltown Stout will be your balanced breakfast.

Draft. Black beer with a tan head. Coffee and chocolate aroma. Chocolate and coffee flavor. Medium bodied. Chocolate and light coffee lingers with malt.

Overly rosted malt...burnt to a crisp. Good average stout flavors but they get lost behind the over-burnt malt. Alcohol and bitterness are mellow and fine. Meh.

On draft at Tap 25. It pours black with a tan head. The aroma is coffee and sweet chocolate with a touch of lactic acid. The flavor is very roasted with some coffee and a smooth mouthfeel. It’s actually pretty dry with a touch of astringency. A pretty standard but well made stout. Nice.
