COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The single batch brew changes often. The single batch creation is our brewers chance to experiment with new styles and create different beers, suited to the season. There is only about 1000 litres in each single batch brew, and it is available until it runs out. Our current single batch is Australian Summer Ale brewed in honour of our glorious Australian summer. Our refreshing Single Batch Summer Ale is our brewer’s interpretation of Australian Pale Ale. Our Single Batch Summer Ale is designed as a thirst quencher, especially for hot sunny days and warm summer evenings. It has a bright golden hue, well balanced with sweet tropical fruits, citrus flavours and a subtle, crisp bitterness to finish. Bitterness Units: 27 Malts: Pale & Galaxy Hops: Galaxy
