COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Jubilee is our idea of a holiday treat, with aromas of fresh-baked banana bread, cloves and vanilla. The rich flavors of dried figs and hints of molasses are countered with just enough hops to balance this full-bodied winter warmer. A subtle lingering of sweetness and mineral characteristic round out the lovely finish in this beer, preparing your palate for a bite of the delicious winter sweets you’ll undoubtedly be indulging in while you sip. ’Tis the season for jubilation!

Appearance: Pours a deep mahogany with a quickly subsided head.

Aroma: Potpourri, apple skin, cinnamon stick, fruity yeast, plum.

Taste: Toasted malts, cinnamon, cardamom, burnt caramel, bread crust, herbal hops. Lingering burnt sugary toasty goodness in the finish.

Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.

Overall: Complex, tasty as well, very drinkable. One of Eagle Rock’s best yet.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a pretty, hazed amber-bronze body with a small tan head. Aromas of baked bread, dates, cinnamon, nutmeg, dark fruits and molasses. Flavors are bready, toasty with vanilla, spice and crackers. Lively bubbles with a tinge of alcohol. A very tasty beer.
