Really light and refreshing. The lemongrass is there in abundance but it does not over stay its welcome. Nice effervescence to this one. Pours a sparkly yellow.

Cloudy yellow color with a thin white head. Brilliant citrus aroma and flavor. Lemon in scent and flavor. Might be a little obnoxious on its own, but I sampled this with the visiting Mandolin Grill food truck bahn mi sandwich, and it was an almost perfect meal.
