On tap at Oakquinox. Pours with a hazed golden body and a small white head. Aromas of weed, lightly peppery, citrus, spice, cedar and a bit of sweet malt. Flavors are hoppy, bready, cedar, spicy, and caramel malt. A bit of plastic. Kind of bland. Lively bubbles, dry finish.

A: The pour is orange in color with a smallish white head. S: Lots of wood, spicy cedar, and moth balls. There is a ton of butter on the nose and a definite urine aroma. A really funky, funky nose. Not much in the way of hops. Not looking forward to the flavor... T: Just as bad, maybe worse. A harsh cedar wood flavor and minimal hops, but absolutely overwhelmed by the diacetyl. Grassy hops with a little bit of oily pine provide some bitterness. M: Medium in body and carbonation. O: A cedar aged IPA, what could go wrong? Let’s hope this was a one and done.
