(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a medium white head. Aroma of cracker, lemon zest, and pizza crust. Flavor of lemon peel, grass, honey, and biscuit with a crisp, dry, moderately bitter finish.

Clear golden color with white head. Earthy spicy hop, mild sulfer aromas. medium body. Grainy pale malt flavors with some earthy hoppage--not bad.

Draft @ the brewery. Pours a clear yellow color with a white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty grainy flavor with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty grainy crisp finish.

Pale yellow pour, white head. Aroma is very light and crisp, some crackery malts and a bit of cereal grain. Flavor has a light note of honey, come crackers, crisp finish.

Pours a light yellow. Just a tad fizzy but not much. Nice light cereal taste here. A really well done and simple Kolsch that is super easy to lose track of how much you have drunk. I hope it comes back next summer too.

The beer pours a clear golden color with a white head. Aroma is quite clean and crisp. A nice floral hop aroma with a light fruitiness. Hints of citrus and grass. There is a light hoppiness of grass and citrus peel, but mostly floral with a mild bitterness. Biscuit malt gives some sweetness, a very crisp, dry beer, though.

From tap at the brewery. Pours hazy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, mild citrusy and light grassy. Smooth fruity and dry grassy into the finish. Smooth.

Tap at Eagle Rock. Pours clear straw. Weak head. Nose is pineapple, sugar, rustic raw malt. Soft. Taste is clean, biscuit, dough, lemon cake. Herbal hoppiness. Lemon acid. Quenching and light.

Draught at the brewpub. Clean nose, light malt and a kiss of hops. Clean flavor, with some sweet malt, light hops, a bit grassy. A somewhat dry finish. A rather authentic kolsch.
