On nitro at 38 Degrees. Off white head. Vanilla nose. Very low carb, super easy to drink. Low bitterness, just a touch toasty. Maybe a bit sweet for the style?

Draft. Deep ruby maroon color, beige head. Aroma of pure vanilla. Taste us vanilla, coffee. Light body. Decent.

Amazing beer that seems like a stout but with enough vanilla to really smooth it out and make it drinkable. Yum!

8oz draught on nitro. Thick, foamy, sugary head a bit brownish with yellow tints and similar but quicker lacing over a vibrant reddish body. Aroma is very nutty and a hint of vanilla. Taste is mildly sweet and bitter. Palate is very nitro smooth. Body is very light. Finish is fairly long and almond bitter. Very good beer from a small, local brewery with nice folks.

Tap at Father’s Office - Santa Monica. Pours clear dark brown with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is tobacco, vanilla and oak with earthy hops and biscuit malt. Flavor is malt dominant with vanilla and tobacco, earthy hops and bitterness with a dry finish. Light body, warmth and medium carbonation.

This is real smooth. Nice minimal vanilla nose to it. The bean comes through more in the taste which is sweeter than the original Solidarity. Pours a dark brown color. A good introductory beer for a wide swath of non-beer people.

Nitro tap. Similar to regular solidarity. Near black pour, with a massive nitro tan head. Aromas are of vanilla, light roast, bready malt complexity, chocolate, low smoke and mild esters. Flavors are very clean, nice, complex malt, easy drinking, mild chocolate and cream soda (predominant flavor). Excellent. Creamy carbonation with a typical nitro mouthfeel. Beats the crap out of drinking a sickly sweet cream soda. Awesome!
