This establishment focuses on local ingredients in their food and beer. This beer is a deep amber colour, with hues of orange. The head is white, mediunm sized, but firm. Cookie/bread aromas combine with fresh hoppy/bubblegum nuances, and give way to mild roasted malts/fruit. Flavours are more subdued that prefered, but are fairly hoppy, with good gum/candy flavours, some grain and yeasty/malty cookie flavours. Finishes tight, long lingering bubblegum. Good effort from this brewer!
