Cask t the Earl of Essex - London. Pours perfectly clear gold with a fine, creamy white head. Aroma holds some zesty citrus, light doughy pale malts. Light sweet flavor with straw, lemon, light bitter citrus rind, dry white bread. Ligh bodied with fine, crisp carbonation. Clean finish with light bitter straw, further lemony citrus notes, very slight astringency, faint grass. Better than the first pale ale.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
Cask @ Earl Of Essex. Light gold with a tiny head. The nose is bread, apricot, light fart, cantaloupe. The taste is pale malt, pie crust. White grape. Not particularly flavorful. Light body, somewhat lifeless mouthfeel. Overall, a bit amateurish.
